NOW COMES ASTRAL, 8599 W Grand River Suite D, Brighton, Michigan 48116, hereinafter referred to as "Astral" the web site host, and the person, partnerships, corporation or entity listing products and services on Astral's web site, hereinafter referred to as "Lister".  The Lister is the supplier of the text or advertisement that is to be listed on the web site.  All Listers acknowledge that they are 18 years of age or older.  Persons, but are not Listers for the web site host are hereinafter referred to as "Users".  The User is the person, corporation, partnership or other that does not supply text on the web site but accesses the web site and trades by buying or selling from a Lister.

	Astral is authorized and employed by Lister to advertise, and is granted authority to list on its web site for sale label art for the prices or price range as indicated. Lister and User understand and agree that Astral's only responsibility is to list the requested advertisement/offering of product or services under Astral's web site.   There is no additional agreement or understanding, unless specifically stated in writing and made a part of this agreement. There is currently no cost or fees to use the Astral site. A lister and / or user is not obligated to pay any fees unless notified and agreed upon at a future date.  Astral, reserves the right to purchase from a Lister or User on Astral's web site.  Astral, reserves the right to reject any al all requests from listing on its web site.

	All sales realized because of the utilization of Astral's web site will be conducted between Lister and User.  Astral will not participate in the collection of sales prices, guaranteeing of credit or in any fashion whatsoever.  Astral, is offering the web site only.

	Lister and User understand and agree that there are no guarantees or warranties by Astral that a sale(s) will result from the utilization of the web site.  Any and all sales tax, use tax or tax of any kind from State, Federal or municipality will be the responsibility of the User and Lister.  Astral is not responsible for the payment of any taxes and Lister will indemnify and hold Astral harmless therefrom.

	Astral, is not responsible for any error in the text or body of the information placed on the web site.  Neither is Astral, responsible for Users' payment of fees in regards to any sale(s).  Astral, reserves the right at any time to terminate the advertisement upon 7 days notice without cause.  Astral, does not warranty or guarantee as to quality, character, condition, size, weight, color or authenticity of the products listed by Listers on Astral's web site.  There are no express or implied warranties, warranties of merchantability, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or guarantees of any kind by Astral regarding merchandise listed on the web site.  User must look directly to the Lister or manufacturers for any and all express or implied warranties.  Astral makes no warranties and the User or prospective User utilizing the web site agrees, as part of the terms and condition of the utilization of the web site, there are no implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties, express or implied are excluded.  Waiver of any and all rights to warranties (by Lister or User) as to Astral is a condition precedent to the utilization of this web site.  Lister may make representations, warranties, guarantees or otherwise event of any claim/lawsuit predicted upon a warranty by Lister in the quality, character, condition, size or weight of any property offered for sale by Lister, if Astral, is sued by any User regarding any warranty or guarantee, Lister will hold Astral, harmless and indemnify it against any costs, interest and attorney fees resulting from defense of said suit or claim.

	The subject matter, form, size wording, illustration and typography of the advertisement shall be supplied by Lister and is subject to the approval of Astral.

	Astral assumes no liability for damages incurred directly or indirectly from errors, admissions or discrepancies between the product as advertised and the written representations.
